AUTHORIZATION FOR COPYRIGHT MANAGEMENT

I identified with Identity Document N° in my capacity as ARTIST, owner of the copyright and related rights of the works that are later related, with artistic name .

I broadly and sufficiently authorize REVMUSIC SAS with NIT 901131014 to manage, for this one time, the copyright of my live public performance and the reproduction of my phonograms in accordance witharticles 158-159 of Law 23 of 1982, law 1493 of 2011, Law 1915 of 2018 and its regulatory decrees;and other concordant norms. Before the mayors and other competent authorities, as a SOCIETY DIFFERENT FROM THE COPYRIGHT COLLECTIVE as an individual claim that deals with article 22 of Law 44 of 1993.

This document works as a broad and sufficient power of attorney to the aforementioned authorial entity for all the legal effects of the event,, to be executed on the days where I will perform my public performance live and my phonograms will be performed.

I certify that I am not associated and my works are not registered with any national or international collective management society with the attached works.

In the city of - COLOMBIA before the administrative and judicial authority, as the case may be, and in order to support the cultural management that in defense of the user and the professional performer has been undertaken by THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS IN COLOMBIA, so that the employer of the event do not have barriers or oppositions, from the competent public officials for the authorization of the event.
